Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Citrus Grove, Glendale, CA.
Armen is an excellent realtor who helped me to realize my goal of owning a multi-unit income property in the Glendale area. He worked with me in fine-tuning my selection parameters and quickly steered me away from potentially faulty investments. I have the utmost faith in his ability to maneuver the market and make sound decisions. From the onset, he worked with me to arrive at the best possible investment for my time and money, and I can safely say that I am ecstatic with my purchase. Additionally, he was able to shave 3% off the asking price, an amazing feat in this market where demand far exceeds supply.
I look forward to working with Armen again in the near future when I am ready to make another purchase.

Bought a home in 2012.
Me and my wife just moved to BH California, Armen Abrahamians was referred to us by one of our good friends. I have dealt with many real estate agents over my years, none as knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and attentive as him.
Armen assisted us in purchasing a single family home in Beverly Hills I went in with an idea of what I was looking for, and he made every effort to show me everything that was available. We reviewed the search after a few days and adjusted the search a bit, after a day of looking we located a home I was interested in. he assisted us very nicely in working with the other broker, During the countering process, he negotiated the best price for us I am happily in this home now, and appreciated all efforts Armen made on my behalf.
I strongly recommend him for any real estate need.
