Late July-2012 Arnold called me and only asked for 60 days listing for him to try to sell my single family rental home on my asking price. He did work hard and get offers within a few days. I and my investment partner get to choose the buyer. The escrow closed a few days ago (Mid Sep-2012). He informed us every step of the way of what we need to know until the sale completed. I must admit Arnold hang in there. I’m sure I’m not the easiest client he has had. I tried a couple of agents but they would not call to keep me informed of what was going on as they said they would. Arnold was right there. He even went to the house on a moments notice (I was out of town) to let the gas company in to inspect a gas smell. Arnold was right there and stayed for the check and locked up again. I have already recommended him to a friend and I don’t do that unless I trust some one.
Arnold is very pleasant, honest and great at finding homes that you would be interested in. Hes always spot on and very prepared to answer any and all questions you may have about the homes your viewing. My favorite part of working with him was his willingness to work around my schedule and how quick and easy it was for us to find a home that we liked. I always refer him to all my friends and family and I get nothing but great responses!
