Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Summary:

Frank Smedley was as good as it gets!!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. I'm a first time buyer that encountered just about every obstacle i know of and without Frank Smedley i would not be sitting in my dream home right now!!!
