Ratings & Reviews

Talk about a stand up guy, this is how people should be treated. Arthur went above and beyond to help us buy our home. He is the most responsive person I have done business with. I own a business and know how hard it is to find someone like Arthur. He is a great listener and catered to my needs. He was there when we needed him and his whole staff made this not only a great experience but a fun experience. With the market as crazy as it is you need someone like Arthur and his crew.

Other service. Menlo Park, CA

Art helped us in our search for real estate last year on the SF Peninsula, and we continue to refer friends buying or selling on the peninsula to Art. We were referred to Art by our friend and real estate agent @ Sotheby's in San Francisco. We weren't sure where we wanted to live, and our budget was relatively small in comparison to rapidly rising market rates. Our time spent with Art was thoroughly memorable, enjoyable, and we both learned a lot. Art actually listened to our list of requirements (number of bedrooms, architectural features, yard, preference for our own style of remodeling, etc.), and paid strict attention to our budget. He did not waste our time taking us to see places we couldn't afford - amazingly, every home he showed us met both our taste and guidelines. Private appointments were set up in advance and we never waited on a listing realtor to show up. When we made an offer on a property in San Mateo, Art took the time to write up a bio for both my husband and I to help us clear the group bidding process. Art has a far reaching network, and his knowledge of the peninsula is deep. We have HIGHLY recommended him to friends, and everyone we've sent Art's way has thanked me.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $2.925M in Woodside, CA.

Arthur was referred to us through our Sotheby's agent in Southern California. We could not have been in better hands. What rates the most with us when working with an agent are the following points: 1) looking out for us (the client); 2) honesty; 3) knowledge of the region; 4) availability/communication; 5) willingness to negotiate with our price versus the seller's price; 6) follow up and support with contacts, repairmen, etc.... - He knows it all ! So, so helpful during our transition. So lucky to have had him and his team take care of us. We feel we have also made some very special new friends !  More Less
