She knows everything you need to know about zoning, the coastal commision and local laws and restrictions. She has a real finger on the pulse of the worth of a property to help you make a smart deal. Financing in these ecnomic times can be a real hurdle, Ashlea is connected and knows the ropes regarding bank owned properties, short sales, foreclosures and is able to give creative helpful advise in this area also. I wouldn't enter into a real estate transaction in South County or the entire Central Coast without Ashlea's help.
