Sold a home in 2012.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Johnson, Fenwick Island, DE 19975
Since my husband & I are from "out of town," I told Ashley that we'd be in town on a Friday & set up for us to meet on a Saturday. She said that was fine & that she'd be available to show us a property that we were interested in as well as other similar listings. When we called on Saturday
morning, I was told that she was too busy w/a settlement. My thinking was that the settlement wasn't scheduled the day before. She might be a wonderful agent, but one that my husband & I would not use again.

I am very sorry that I didn't meet your expectations, which certainly would never be my intention. I take much pride in my real estate career and try to be most accommodating for my clients. I was looking forward to meeting both you and your husband to show you what our market had to offer. To my surprise on the morning of our appointment you informed me that you wanted to see 20+ homes. Although I was not available to show you this many homes on that particular day I immediately contacted an associate of mine who was available to show you all of the homes you selected and was certain that she could give you the attention that you deserved. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you; I was only trying to look out for your best interest. I wish you the best in your search for your new home.
