    Sold a home in 2009.
    Ashley sold our last house and helped us to purchase a new home. He priced our home for sale at a good price which allowed us to sell within about 3 months when the housing market wasn't really moving. When searching for a new home, he didn't waste our time in looking at houses that didn't meet our criteria which saved us time. He listened to our needs and was able to help us find our new home before the closing of our previous home. He was also very knowledgeable of the Lexington area. Ashley has been a minority shareholder in a 90 agent real estate franchise, developied a sales and administrative team to increase sales from zero dollars to consistently producing over 15 million dollars in annual sales, worked with Development firms and implemented a marketing program that quadrupled sales in a residential development; Ashley also developed and led a team of agents and administrative staff who ranked in the top 25 out of 3000 local Realtors in just 5 years, and within his first year ranked #13 in total volume out of the Southeast region of Keller Williams International.
