Sold a home in 2013.
Ashley helped me sell my house in very difficult circumstances with a mortgage lender who was particularly difficult to deal with, as well as having a 4th party who needed to provide information but was extremely uncooperative. Ashley's patience was tremendous. And she helped calm me down on several occasions when the going got really rough. If I am ever in the market for another house, I will call Ashley.

Bought a home in 2012.
We were referred to Ashley by a Mortgage Broker. With this being our first home, we had no idea what to expect. We had heard numerous horror stories from friends about how they went through several agents before finding one they liked. This was not the case with Ashley. She is very knoweldgable and friendly. We ran into a lot of problems with our financing and her patience and expertise with the entire process was outstanding. We strongly believe most agents would have given up, but not Ashley. She quickly learned what we were looking for and did not waste anybodys time showing us propertes that would not work. We feel as though we have made a friend in the Real Estate business.We are confident referring our friends and family to Ashley and if we are ever in the market again, will definately contact Ashley first.

Ashley was extremely helpful In our process of finding the petfect house for our family. It was a long road and she was extremely kind and patient with us and really made us feel like our opinion mattered. She was readily available whenever we needed her. She stuck by us when we couldn't find the right house and never pressured us or made us feel like she didn't want to be there. Our experience with Ashley was great and her knowledge of everything really helped us through our first time home buying experience and made it a little less stressful. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Tualatin, OR.
Ashley made the purchase of our first home an awesome experience! We fell in love with a short sale home, and Ashley was extremely knowledgeable on how the process worked, and always made sure we were informed and understood each step. We also used a VA loan, which she was very familiar with as well. Short sales are notorious for being terrible and very lengthy, but she made it feel easy and flawless. Thanks to Ashley, we are now living in the perfect home for us and our growing family!

Ashley was a wonderful agent, who really listens and finds exactly what you are looking for. Every meeting it felt like she went above and beyond what we expected and in the end she helped us find the perfect house at the perfect price. With Ashley's help you will find the your dream home and she will make it happen. I am so glad we were able to work with her and would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell and if we are ever in the market again she will be my first call.

Bought a home in 2009.
We searched for a home with Ashley and had a great time. She was new to the area we were looking in, and still did a great job coming up with places to look at. We looked at or drove by at least 50 homes with her and she always knew the status of the property or found out immediately if it was unclear. We looked at a lot of fixer homes, so the search for the right one was extensive. She was happy to keep looking until we found what we wanted. We referred her to our friends as well. Will use her again!

When I was first approved for a loan I had no idea on who to select as my agent. The loan officer recomended Ashley......and to be completely honest, she was outstanding! I gave her an idea as to what and where I was looking for. The first couple houses were a "fact finding" review, by the time we started looking at the 3rd house, she really know what it was that I was searching for and hit a home run soon after that. I really feel that our family made a friend with her. She is the best at what she does and makes the whole process painless and enjoyable. I have and will continue to recommend her to all my friends and family because she knows what to do from start to finish!

Ashley Proden helped me to purchase a house of my very own. After a bad divorce this was a huge accomplishment for me and she made the process very easy. Ashley was in contact with me just about every day and took me to see numerous properties until I found the house that was just right for me.
I highly recommend her! She's very professional with a genuine interest in her clients.
As we started the search, Ashley sent a bunch of listings matching the criteria we had given her and we started going through the list. All the houses we went to see we never felt pressured into buying. Ashley was very patient and intuitive to what we wanted. She was not concerned with making a quick sell.
When we finally found our house we just knew it was the house for us. Ashley quickly set up a time to see it and found out there were other buyers interested so we had to act fast. She was very clear on how the whole process would work for putting our offer in on the house. Being our first home we had no idea how any of it worked and she was very patient answering questions and good at explaining the process of purchasing our home.
Being a short sale we knew it was going to take a while to close on our home and from what we kept hearing from other people was that short sales can be a nightmare. However, Ashley kept us updated on all transactions that occurred on our home so we knew exactly where we were on the timeline of closing. All of the updates helped alleviate some of the stress of buying a house.
I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone purchasing a home. She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She is more concerned with her clients needs and desire in a home than her own. She is quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts and makes herself available when you need her. She is a great negotiator and definitely puts her client before herself. Ashley took care of us during our first time home buying experience and I know she will do the same for every client she has.
