Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Crestwood Colony, Fort Wayne, IN.
Listed house with Ashley. We ended up pulling it off the market due to some personal reasons, but are still in contact with Ashley and are looking forward to listing with her again in the future. She was very nice, flexible with schedule, and available to answer any questions we had including many what-if's.
If you are looking for an Agent, Ashley is great to deal with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Glens of Liberty Mill, Fort Wayne, IN.
When we needed to find a realtor to list/sell our home we wanted a realtor who was attentive to detail, one who would communicate with us and a realtor who would treat the sale of our home as important as if it was a million dollar sale. Finding Ashley was the perfect fit for us. The reviews on Zillow were true to who she is and what she does. She was thorough in explaining the process, our listing when posted looked great, her and her team stayed in constant contact with us during the showings and once we had offers she helped us thru that process in making the best decision. Ashley is very professional, has a great sense of humor and a pleasure to know. We have already recommended Ashley to friends, family and neighbors if they would sell or buy real estate. By the way, our home sold in less than 48 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was casually looking for a house on my own and was referred to Ashley by a coworker. She was wonderful showing me properties and when I found my house, she was with me every step of the way through the purchase process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Columbia City, IN.
Ashley is extremely knowledgable and takes personal time to extend and build on her knowledge as a realtor. I was very impressed with how helpful she was during our long and tedious purchase of a foreclosure. She was very thorough and patient with our questions. Ahe helped us think of details that we would never have thought of. She was able to give suggestions and advice that I would expect from a realtor but don't too often actually find. I would highly recommend Ashley as a realtor.

We had a fabulous experience with Ashley Holley! We sold our house the very week it was listed! Ashley was extremely professional and determined as well as caring and attentive. One great aspect of using Ashley Holley is the team of people she has in her network. In our selling process we had the opportunity to benefit from the expertise and services of her prompt electrician as well as her hard-working handymen. They all did phenomenal work! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASHLEY HOLLEY! She, and her team did a wonderful job for us and made our home-selling process as smooth and quick as possible. If we choose to stay in this area, we will definitely be using her to help us find our next home too!

She is very, very personable and easy to work with. Ashley has a great personality, knows what she's doing, and is very responsive whether it be through text, phone call, email, or really anything else. My wife and I had a great time working with her and would recommend her to anybody.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Arlington Park, Fort Wayne, IN.
We could not have asked for a better realtor. Ashley is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and extremely accommodating. She was willing to meet us in the evenings to show houses due to our busy work schedules, and we could not have appreciated it more. She caught on so quickly to the things we were looking for, and was very honest with us - she pointed out good things about the homes we looked at, but she pointed out potential downsides to each home that we never would have thought of ourselves.
Ashley always answered our phone calls, emails, and texts very quickly. She also kept us constantly updated on where we were in the process of looking and homebuying. This is our first time buying a home and Ashley provided us with very helpful materials to get us educated on the process, and she has a very good way of explaining what needs to be done next. She communicated with the bank on our behalf when they made a mistake on our mortgage, and we were so relieved for her help in facilitating that.
Ashley is a fantastic realtor and we will certainly be using her services again if we ever need to buy or sell another home.

This was one of the best experiences because of Ashley! She was there for every question and had answers. She went above and beyond to help us. Ashley was friendly and sweet with the knowledge to help us get our dream home. I would recommend her to everyone! Very personable and witty. She was there every step of the way. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Blackhawk, Fort Wayne, IN.
It was our first time selling a house, and Ashley was very patient in explaining everything to us from the beginning to the end. She was helpful throughout the whole process. It was very easy to contact her through phone, texting, or email - and she always got back to us as soon as she could. We were very impressed that she helped us sell the house in 2 months when it was slow (i.e close to the end of the year). She managed to convince us to do an open house, and it helped sell the house! It was wonderful working with Ashley.
