Ashok helped us in buying our first home in Union City. Although we did not have much knowledge in the home buying process in the initial days, Ashok was very patient with us. His advise and guidance helped us successfully overcome a few hiccups that we faced along the way. BofA created a mess owing to which we were about to lose the home, but Ashok was very proactive in helping us overcome that situation. Once we got the keys, we had some work to be done in the house, and he even connected us with a good contractor with reasonable prices and helped us move in quickly and continues to guide us if we need any information, even after we have moved. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to processes, local markets, negotiations and all things related to home buying. He is very approachable and personable.
