Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Parker, CO.
Laura is absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to anyone. We had to sell our home quickly and was recommend to her by a friend who couldn’t say enough good things about her. The house was under contract for more than what we expected to get and in a short time frame but we ran into some problems with the seller’s lender which Laura handled amazingly. The lender Laura recommended to us which was Dave Lesjak with Security First Financial was outstanding... He stepped in and got the seller’s approved in a very short time frame and allowed us to close as planned. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Thornton, CO.
Laura went above and beyond to help us in finding the house and (home) that we were looking for, She was diligent, positive, and very caring about us as her client. She worked very hard with the mortgage broker as she is knowledgeable about the lending laws. We highly recomend her as a realtor.
