Summary:

I cannot recommend specific home inspectors due to real estate laws, etc. However, I am looking for some personal property for investment purposes, and I will only call David for the inspections on those homes.

David is one of the few who will walk the roof, not just look at it from a ladder. He is always on time, and works with the agent on timing that is convenient. He produces a professional report, that is emailed to both the agent and buyer.

So professionally, he is on my short list of inspectors. Personally, he is the only one I would use.…More Less
