Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Seekonk, MA.
Diane was the listing agent on a new home we purchased. She was immediately responsive to every question and concern! And still is, several months later! It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I purchased a new home through Diane in August 2012. The negotiating process went very smoothly and we were able to reach agreement quite quickly. A considerable amount of work remained to be completed on the house and there was a very short timeline on completion. Diane worked very well with us and even though she was representing the seller she was attentive our needs as well. Diane worked with us to procure appliances as well as the needed finishes for the home. The closing went amoothly as well and we have been very happy with the home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Rehoboth, MA.
Diane was a fantastic partner to work with when I was looking for my first home. I was impressed with her expertise, especially since I was purchasing a foreclosure and knew very little of the complexities of that process. Everything went very smoothly, and Diane communicated every step being taken. You would be in good hands working with Diane.

Diane is the go to Agent; Responsive time is Quick for a call back as in setting a Viewing! Her experience of also running Aubin Realty/ Commercial Building is a Big Plus, Personalty, Never Pushy, WE only call on Her!

I cannot say enough great things about Diane Aubin. She is very professional. Attends to our needs immediately. She is very easy to work with with. Truly knows the business inside and out and really pleases the customers.
