My love of people has proven to be one of my greatest strengths when it comes to being a real estate agent. The fact is, being an agent is about marketing and communication when listing a home and patience and grace when helping my buyers find a home. It is a stressful time full of questions and sheer vulnerability. I make it my goal to always do what is best for my client, not myself. I find that I am their #1 resource when it comes to picking the right property. Questions like is this the best location for THEIR family, will this suit them long term, are we paying a fair price? I am not afraid to ask the important questions. Sometimes this may mean that it's NOT time to sell or buy, but then I still feel like I have accomplished something :)
When listing a property I feel I am doing a disservice to simply "collect" listings. I want to "market" them. I have a background in Advertising and spent many years knocking on doors and from the ground up coming up with ad campaigns to help businesses obtain more customers. My print advertising experience coupled with the addition of technology has proven to be the perfect marriage of creativity and connectivity. I feel photography class should be a prerequisite to becoming a Realtor because it is what everyone bases their decision on. Think about Match.com... your home is looking for a new owner! I provide top quality, effective photographs so a buyer 3 states away poking around on the internet wants to get on the next flight to Florida to see YOUR house!
