Summary:

Great broker for the Westchester area. Just completed a buy with Gino. He went above and beyond many times, was always happy to show us all the properties we wanted (even 2-3 times), and had tons of expert advice when we found a place we liked. Summary:

Gino is a real estate expert! He guided me through the pre-sale preperation process (very important) and within 2 weeks of listing in December 2011 I had a successful negotiation with a qualified buyer. We closed within 57 days. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. I am a relocation expert (25 yrs.+), but when it came to my property, I needed an expert to manage the sale. Experts need experts, too! Gino Bello grew up in a middle class neighborhood in the Bronx. As a young man Gino was always taught to work hard for everything you want in life. Gino was determined to keep the American Dream alive. He attended Fordham University and went on to work for one of the big five accounting firms. After about four years, he decided to leave the corporate world and walk into a real estate office not knowing a single person in the industry. Gino's greatest accomplishment was starting from the ground up and building his clientele. Seven years later, he is now one of Westchester's top brokers working for Houlihan Lawrence Inc.

When working with his clients, Gino's goal is not simply to sell a house, it is to provide a home.
