Sold a home in 2009.

Summary:

When my wife and I decided to sell our rental property, we needed help! We had heard many rave reviews about Carla, so we decided to give her a try. We were very glad we did, as we had a contract within one week and smooth-sailing at the closing. The proud new owner (who, incidentally, is also now our next door neighbor) is just as delighted, and so our gratitude for Carla's good insight on every count continues to be appreciated every day. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in College Station, TX.

Summary:

Carla and Andrea were amazing to work with. They had a virtual tour within days of listing our house which included pictures taken by a professional photographer. Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Bryan, TX.

Summary:

We purchased the home from the BCS dream team in 2008 with our son while he is in College. They have gone out of their way to stay in touch and whenever we have had questions concerning maintenance, who to call for service etc. they have been most helpful. Carla Henderson

When you first meet Carla Henderson, you feel immediately at ease. Her warm, friendly demeanor and positive personality make you feel right at home. Carla is fun loving and knowledgeable about Aggieland. She attends classes with enthusiasm to keep up to date on changing contracts and issues that affect the local and state real estate. Carla's coworkers voted her the Agent's Agent of 2002 during her years with Century 21. This is an award given to the agent that other real estate agents would want to represent them if they were not in real estate themselves. What a compliment! She is most proud of this award.

In 2009 Carla was Voted Realtor of the Year by the BCS Regional Assocaition of Realtors, this is another award she is honored to have.

Carla has a daughter, Crystal, who is as wonderful and caring as her mother. Carla has a lot of family in Aggieland including her mother, sister, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. Carla is always active with family and friends. When at home she can be found in the flowerbeds or working on home projects. She is always ready to take on a new challenge.

Andrea Peters

Andrea Peters is a full-service agent who will give you the personalized attention you want and need when buying or selling real estate. She takes the time to get to know and understand you and works with you to make your buying or selling experience a positive one. Andrea is knowledgeable, is constantly improving, updating her knowledge by taking classes and adding certifications, along with taking an active role in local professional organizations. She is a native of Bryan/College Station; born in Bryan and attended elementary, middle, and high school in College Station and Texas A&M University, where she was active in extracurricular activities. 

Andrea's parents, brother, and sister live in College Station. Andrea loves traveling, reading, playing with her Labrador retriever, Bailey, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Barbara Durrant

 Barbara brings well-rounded experience in various aspects of real estate:  Client services, marketing, research, event coordination, commercial support and property management -- having worked with some of the largest, most successful firms in Texas commercial real estate.  Additional skills acquired through supervision, operations and human resources through the years have strengthened her ability to work with all types of people in achieving their goals.

After 25 years in commercial real estate in Houston, Barbara moved to Bryan-College Station ten years ago to marry the love of her life, Lane Durrant, whose family has lived here for over 50 years.  High energy, hard working and fun loving, she delights in meeting and helping Lane's clients in his remodeling business.  The daughter of minister, she is passionate in her volunteer work, and genuine in caring for others.  While admittedly not a music professional by any stretch, she nevertheless loves to sing, dance and play the piano anyway!

Behind the energetic approach is a good understanding of the real estate industry, a proven team of experienced professionals, and an attention to detail that ensures on-time compliance with regulatory requirements.  Barbara can keep solid ground under your feet as you move into an important life decision:  Buying or selling property.
