The bottom will be hard to determine as it will come and go very fast. We seem to be very near. Most forecasters seem to think late 2009 or early 2010. Foreclosures will be the big factor.

The garage is included in square feet uner roof but not in heated square feet in South Carolina. Porches also fall into the ssame catagory.

There are some really great buys currently on the market, everything from ocean front condos to homes within twenty minutes or less of beach.
