I was a needy client and a naive first time homebuyer. I had a lot of questions, a lot of desires, and a limited budget. He promptly replied to my emails, calls, and texts. Barry showed me all of the many, many houses I was curious about and helped me narrow down my search. The house I actually purchased was one that Barry found and suggested we check out.
Making an offer and negotiations were handled perfectly. I'm very satisfied.
On top of all of this, Barry continues to give me advice and pointers on my home whenever I inquire. He even came over the day of move-in to help me troubleshoot my water water! I was so grateful for his help.
