Nearing her fifteenth year in real estate, Vickie Bailey shows no sign of slowing down. Born in Clearwater, Florida, Vickie graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in business. She has always maintained an interest in sales and communication; nothing interests her more than meeting new people, learning their story, and facilitating one of the largest and most complex purchases in their lives.
Spearheading the Vickie Bailey team, which features Vickie's husband Chuck and daughter Brittney, Vickie consistently ranks first among Coldwell Banker's Tennessee teams and agents. She has received a plethora of Awards of Excellence from the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS.
Knoxville is a good fit for Vickie because of the lively housing market and high energy life. When not working, Vickie can be found spending time with her husband and two children by taking in a show downtown, playing golf or tennis at a local club, or watching the Volunteers on UT campus.
Vickie's basic strategy for selling homes centers on honesty and integrity. Acknowledging she has been blessed, Vickie continues to take any and everyone as a client. For her, to sell a $50,000 home is just as important and exciting as selling one for $500,000, and as a result, all clients can expect her unique brand of honesty and high energy. Vickie Bailey cares— not about logging the biggest sale or clearing the highest numbers, but rather, about building the best relationships.
