Leah was the first to respond to our need for an agent 10 years ago when we first moved to WA. We were so happy with her professionalism, enthusiasm, and results that she helped us sell that property and buy another home 3 years later!

We were totally ignorant of the area, coming from the east coast, and Leah was patient, knowledgeable and honest. She kept an eye out for us while we were not actively house hunting and sent us listings we might like. She was happy to take us to homes I had already seen so that my husband could see them. When it came to negotiations, she was very good and had the experience to know what to recommend. We enjoyed working with her from start to finish.

Leah was a pleasure to work with and a strong advocate for us throughout the home buying process. She has deep roots in the community and provided us with insights about the community that helped inform our final decision. We would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

Leah is a very experienced agent and has a thorough knowledge of Bainbridge Island neigborhoods and locations. She is very friendly and easy to work with and will go out of her way to try and find the house that is right for you.
Response from Leah
Leah was beyond helpful and very much on top of the complicated process buying our new home on Bainbridge Island. Not only did she assist and guide us through a dizzying maze of comliance and code issues with the city and county, she went out of her way to keep the process on track and remind everybody of deadlines and timelines. I am certain without her help this purchase would not have happened -- she is the best.

Thank you so much for your review! I'm excited and honored to have been the one to help you to buy such a special home and make the move to our wonderful little island. We did it!!

She started by asking my communication preferences, email, text message, phone ? How often should she communicate and what events should trigger a text message?
She was honest. She said the property was a wreck and it needed some TLC if it was going to sell. In her proposal she suggested 3 local painters, 3 local carpet companies, landscapers and house cleaners and a list of tasks that would maximize value.
Finally, she agreed to facilitate the upgrades( contractor access to the property, final inspections and design suggestions if I selected my preferred subcontractors. She knew I was too distant to make this happen myself.
She kept her promise. The prep was painless and took half the expected time to complete
Conclusion to this process? The property sold in 5 days for the full asking price, all cash, no contingencies.
Applewhite provided the game plan, executed it flawlessly and delivered exactly what she promised.
