Ron Howard is a recognized and proven real estate professional throughout Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding communities. In this role, he counsels home buyers on current market trends, assisting with property valuation and purchasing. As a skilled negotiator, Ron works for sellers to achieve the best price and contractual terms. He’s a pioneer in providing real estate services supported by a team structure, contributing his success to innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns.

An expert in real estate pricing and sales, Ron was honored to appear in a 2008 episode of HGTV's nationally broadcast My House is Worth What? The leading force behind a winning, top-producing team, Ron has also received numerous awards and recognitions including RE/MAX Chairman's Club and has been an area Top Producer in both 2006 and 2007 despite a historically challenging real estate market.

Ron believes each client deserves complete honesty, integrity and a winning can-do attitude. While much of his time is spent assisting clients, Ron takes his role one step further by giving back to the community and supporting many non-profit efforts. He's a member of the Believe in Tomorrow event committee, an organization promoting family unity during childhood medical crises, and The Friends of Patterson Park fundraising committee, an organization driven to improve this wonderful park.

Ron delivers an invaluable combination of sales, property valuation and IT expertise, having worked in broadcast video production and computer networking for nearly a decade prior to entering the exciting real estate arena. During this time, he produced motion graphics and high-impact commercials for some of today's most recognized organizations. He also created and launched Proforms contract writing software for the residential real estate industry, simplifying and expediting common administrative tasks. Extremely talented in both behind-the-scenes and hands-on processes, Ron and a partner have renovated a handful of houses.

Mr. Howard is member of the National Association of Realtors, AA County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and is on the Communications Committee of the MD Association Realtors 2007 and 2008. A passionate FAA licensed private pilot, Ron is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). In his free time, he also enjoys flying, snowboarding and the beach.
