    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Pipe Creek, TX.
    My father had a house in pipe creek,he passed away. My dad left us with a big legal mess. I hired Larry to sell the property, unaware of all the legal problems. Any other person would have walked away. Larry hung in there &guided me for 5 long months. I forgot to mention the house was sold in the first week. I talked with Larry sometimes several times a day . I was in Florida, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was available beyond normal business hours. I feel like I know his whole family.     For the past decade, I have been in multi-million dollar technology project sales and most recently, web development and web marketing. I have met and spoken to dozens of real estate agencies about developing a robust, optimized website and an internet marketing plan to boost their exposure and reach.
    Surprisingly, an overwhelming number of agents just aren't that serious about marketing real estate via the internet. Reasoning for their lack of willingness to embrace the internet ranges from, "I don't know much about technology", to "we already have a website"; of course no one can find the website and it doesn't utilize web portals like Trulia, ActiveRain, Zillow, Yahoo Real Estate, or dozens of others that can really market property on a grand scale.
    Upon learning that Forrester, Google and several other sources cited statistics such as 84% of property buyers begin their search on the internet, it didn't take long for my entrepreneurial spirit to get invigorated with the idea of getting into real estate. So here I am, helping folks buy and sell property in the Texas Hill Country.
