Tim sold my last house, and helped me buy my current house. It all happened really fast. I had one month to move out of my house, and I hadn't even looked for a new house yet! Tim was extremely calm during the whole process, even when I was losing my mind! He assured me we would find the right house before I had to move out of my current place. He drove me all over the place to look at potential homes. I was tempted to buy a house that I thought was just "OK". But Tim made me hold out. He knew I was just feeling desperate. Finally, with less than 2 weeks to go, I found the perfect house. Not only was it the perfect house, but it was currently empty! I have used Tim as my realtor in three housing transactions, both purchase and sale. I could not be happier with each one of these transactions from start to finish. Tim is knowledgable about the business, the area and the properties available or comprable. He is always easy to reach and very prompt in returning inquiries and calls. As he gets to know you and your needs/wants he is very good about helping to steer you in the right direction when you are looking to buy and very good about being honest and upfront about how he feels the situation would either benefit or not benefit you as the buyer or seller.

I bought my first house with Tim back in February 2011. He started working with me several months prior and was the most flexible person to help with the home buying process. When i ran into a few snags, he gave me advice and literally walked me right through to closing of the property.
