It is a fair deal. Some banks will let homes sit while others are way more agressive. We have a ton of homes we sell that are way below value at times. We usually already have buyers just waiting. Become one by contacting us and asking us how.
I believe you have to make an account and sign in to change information. It gave me the option but when i clicked it, it asked me if i was the owner or taking over representing the property. Since I am either, I would recommend that you do it. Try that and see what happens.
here is a way to update some info... go to your property url which is: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/home-info/59405864_zpid you will see where it says home facts and you can click edit. See if that works for you.
There are a lot of items to consider when it comes to placing a value to a home. Yes having an additional home will usually increase value on land, but if it is an old run down manufactured home it can decrease the value. The 2.59 acres will usually increase your value but look at zillows comparables and see if they are doing as close to apples to apples. Zillow has been accurate 1 out of 5 times when I have done CMA's. Have a realtor do a cma for you. CMA is a compartive market analysis.
