Sold a home in 2013.
Barb was excellent & responsive from the word "Go." She carefully evaluated the property, recommended a small number of repairs, facilitated the prompt completion of those repairs & gave us a well-considered recommendation for an asking price that proved to be an accurate assessment of the market value. We received 4 offers. During the escrow, Barb frequently inquired about progress & kept us informed. When the buyers encountered delays with financing, Barb wisely recommended an Extension Agreement with a non-refundable earnest money deposit. When the buyers ultimately failed to obtain financing, Barb quickly moved to find a new buyer. She worked hard to provide the second buyer with all relevant information so that the transaction could close as soon as possible. Barb gave us sound advice each time an obstacle arose. We always felt that we had her undivided attention on our sale even though we knew that she was working on behalf of other clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Yuba City, CA.
I really enjoyed working with Barb and her team! I worked with another Remax realtor and it didn't work out, but Barb's team is excellent. I have nothing but positive things to say - everything was smooth and went according to schedule. Her team tries to be as helpful as possible, from working with your schedule, to answering any and all questions imaginable. If I needed any research done, all I had to do was ask - not to mention the overall sense of "family" I got. I didn't just feel like a client - I feel like I made a friend and would recommend Barb and her team to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Yuba City, CA.
Barb helped me buy and sell a house. The house we sold was a short sale and it was a very difficult one. Barb worked hard to help us through the whole process. She was extremely patient with us as we lost buyers and fought with our bank. She is extremely understanding of my busy schedule and communited in the best way that worked for me. She did everything she could to make the process of buying and selling as easily as possible. When I am ready to buy again Barb will be the first to call!

Barbara and her team are AWESOME! They are fast to respond, professional and friendly. I have worked with other agents, but Barb Shewmake was by far the best!
