Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Cleveland, OH.
Barbara is a true professional. She is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond her job. She is always there to answer questions. If she doesn't know, she will find out and get back to you quickly. Her forte is negotiation as she does her homework. I didn't worry about anything as I knew she had my back. She knows how to handle situations and who to go to for help. Her recommendations of professionals needed to fix any problems are excellent. She is what EVERY realtor should be! Don't waste your time, hire Barbara!! You won't be disappointed. She sold my home and helped me purchase my new one and I went from door to door!!!

Bought a home in 2011.
I did not have a good experience with my first realtor agent when selling my first house in SC. So after I relocated to Cleveland and started looking for a house in the Beachwood School District, my wife and I were very careful in selecting a local and reliable agent that will be only looking out for our best interest. I learned about Barbara through the world of mouth and I think she certainly lives up to her reputation well. Barbara has great knowledge of every detail relating to selecting, fixing, and purchasing a house. She is also very professional, patient and caring during our shopping process. It took us more than six months and numerous house visits to finally decide on the final choice. Barbara was always just a phone call away and very responsive to our questions and requests. She also did a great job at planning and organizing our repair requests with the Seller and contractors to get the jobs done in time for the closing. She also helped us with the closing and mortage application processes by providing useful resources and information. It was a very smooth and easy ride for us from the time of us making an offer through the final closing. I am very satisfied with Barb and of course happy with our new house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $600K in Solon, OH.
When we were looking for our second house, we were a little pickier, we need a realtor who knows the area, the market value and condition, who listens to our needs and who can help us find a house that fits our life style. My husband and I both travel a lot, with two children to take care, we are always short of time. Barbara was very patient with us throughout the process, after showing us a few houses, she quickly identified our preference and needs, and informs us whenever she found a new listing that could potentially match our needs, this cut out a lot of busy work for us. She helped us find our dream home, we love it. She is the best realty professional I have ever worked with.

Found a tenant for a home.
Barbara's dedication to you is beyond words. I have never met anyone with a work ethic that is so ingrained. She sold us a home and now has helped us rent that home. She is honest and truely cares about her clients and shows it by going the extra distance whether you are buying, selling, or renting. Her negotiating skills are remarkable to say the least. You can interview all the agents you want ( why waste your time) but if you really want to sell or rent you home you need Barbara Chan!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Solon, OH.
Baraba is a realtor of high caliber. She is very professional and her skills are unmatched compared to the rest of the mass. She is articulate, hard-working, and detail-oriented. Most importantly, she sells our house with a very warm heart. She put lots of efforts to take care of our property when we are thousand miles away. We are extremely satisfied. Sold a home in 2011.
Barbara Chan is one in a million. We have worked with other Realtors,but Barbara beats them all. She staged our home, managed all the necessary repairs and marketed it beautifully. As we were out of town, Barbara kept us very informed every step of the way. And she sold the house in about half the time we anticipated.
I cannot say enough about Barbara. She is professional and friendly and she cares. Selling a home is not just a job for her, she puts her life into it.
