Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Richmond, RI.
Professional, experienced, and extremely personable: we cannot praise Barbara highly enough! We were 1st-time homebuyers with a restricted budget, but Barbara worked tirelessly on our behalf, finding numerous prospective properties for us to see, always remaining mindful of our tastes, requirements, and financial constraints. She guided us expertly through the potentially daunting processes of home inspection and price-negotiation, and helped us find a wonderful home well within our means. She was consistently prompt in her responses to our phone calls and emails. With her warm personality and great sense of humor, she kept us entertained on our many drives and walk-through's, and helped to make the entire house-hunting experience as enjoyable as it was rewarding. We hope to live in our home for decades to come, but would recommend Barbara without hesitation to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Portsmouth, RI.
Barbara is a highly energetic and professional person. She always responds quickly with answers and has such a broad knowledge of real estate in general, and Newport County specifically, that she is able to make recommendations you can trust and rely on. My husband and I will definitely turn to Barbara with any future real estate needs.

Helped me rent a Condo home in Newport, RI.
Barbara was very helpful and accommodating to me almost 2 years ago when I
received my military orders to move to Newport, RI from Bethesda, MD. I was
very unfamiliar with the area, but was not concerned because Barbara was
proactive and gave me a list of places and things to do in the area, which was very helpful. Barbara is the ultimate professional! Her work ethic, attention to detail

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Middletown, RI.
Barbara was very professional in all aspects. She worked deligently to market and keeps us informed as to any questions or issues that may have arisen. Because of her efforts we were able to sell our home within 45 days, in a time of the year that is not the best selling season. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to put a home on the market.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 in Portsmouth, RI.
Initially we made contact with Barbara through a friend who had bought a condo in Warren and Barbara actually was the owner's agent. Our friends relied on Barbara more than their own agent to make the sale happen. We were interested in Bristol to Barrington at first and the more we looked, Barbara encouraged us to look on Aquidneck Island, in Portsmouth. She was mindful of our needs (good commute to Boston) and our interest in space,. proximity to water, and lay out. We never thought we would buy a condo and the one she steered us to really is not condo in feeling at all and on first sight, we knew we had found the right place. In hindsight, Barbara seemed to know what we wanted more than we did! Barbara persevered through a complex negotiation and eventual closing as we also had to sell our house in Boston and that took time.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Middletown, RI.
When we were searching for a realtor to sell our house, Barbara responded immediately and met us at our home for a walk through. At this time we were especially impressed with how friendly and easy she is to talk to as well as how knowledgeable she is about the process of buying and selling a house. One of her first recomendations was to have a pre-inspection prior to the listing. Having done this proved to be extremely beneficial as we were able to identify and correct a number of issues that might have hindered the sale of the property. Barbara also recommended excellent people to help us resolve these issues. Her negotiation skills were top notch as she guided us through this process without a single hitch. In addition, whenever we had a question, Barbara got back to us right away, usually within the hour. This is the fifth house we've bought or sold, and this has been the smoothest, easiest transaction we have had. I strongly recommend Barbara to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.

Bought a home in 2012.
Barbara very capably assisted me in the purchase of a second family home in the Newport area. She managed the various needs of a multi-generational group and we ended up with the perfect house. Throughout the process Barbara provided excellent advice and sound thoughtful observations. In addition she was always accessible and a delight to work with. She has stayed in touch with recommendations for everything from good restaurants to a venue for my daughters wedding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barbara as an excellent choice and would use her again if I needed a real estate professional in the RI area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in North Kingstown, RI.
Barbara is a fabulous agent with incredible knowledge of the purchase of a home. She knows everything from septic systems to knowledge of town ordinaces, structures, values and does every bit of her home work when negotiating the purchase of home. Her personality is that of a kind, warm and funny woman whom actually answers her phone, email and even text!
