Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Clinton, NY.
We cannot say enough about our positive experience with Barbara. We moved here from out of state and required a lot of 'hand holding'. Barbara was there every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to all of our questions. She also assisted us with recommendations for doctors, vets, local tradesmen and all of the other items needed when you move to a new area. You will be very fortunate to work with Barbara. We highly recommend her.

Barb sold our house in 2009 & I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to by or sell. She is thoroughly knowledgeable of the market, provided us with accurate advice and guidance and is sensitive to the needs of her clients. Barb is easy to reach by phone, text or email and always responds immediately - it's quite impressive! In addition to her professionalism and expertise, Barb is a warm & genuine person who truly cares about her clients happiness and will go above and beyond in order to find you the house of your dreams.

Bought a home in 2008.
We have interacted with Barbara on two house sales in the Clinton area and she is FANTASTIC. Barbara is sensitive to buyer and seller needs and nicely balances those relationships. Her knowledge of the area is unparalleled and she is great at matching people to homes. She also cares about her clients and is honest about the properties she represents.
We really can't say enough about Barbara. She doesn't try to sell, she tries to place people in a house that will feel like a home. Can't ask for much more than that!

Bought a home in 2012.
Without ever having met Barbara before my home buying experience, I was very pleased to discover that she is personable, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating of my first-time home buyers hesitations. In a relatively short period of time, I found the house of my dreams. Barbara guided me every step of the way and for that I am deeply grateful.
