Barry is not just an agent but a loyal partner with you in buying a property. He makes sure that the end of the deal you feel wow about what you got. Not only he has a very good knowledge of the real estate but has a ability to know your need better. His calm mannerism is just outstanding. Looking forward working with him incoming years.

when you read these reviews about realtors and you see 5 stars...you wonder, at least i do, if the realtor has that many relatives to write such glowing reviews. this is a real review. i have known barry for about a year and change. he knows what i am looking for. he only sends me things that actually fit my plans. seriously.
he sent me a home to buy. he said i had to buy it. he was right. no hassle, no drama, all straightforward. i ended up buying the house in very short order and barry was the consummate professional...with the negotiating, with all the details, with everything.

We worked with Maya and Barry on buying a house in Venice. They helped us find our dream home and made the process as painless as it could possibly be. What we like most about them is that they are smart, patient and have integrity, a rare thing among real estate agents.

Barry and Maya were my agents on a property I just closed on in Santa Monica. They have extensive knowledge on the value of real estate, the costs of construction and development and the quality of life in the communities they work in.
The experience and knowledge they bring to the process is an immeasurable comfort.

We happened upon Barry while wandering through an open house, near the end of the day. He was the first agent all day that didn't ask inane questions like "Do you want two or three bedrooms?" (we can search Zillow for that on our own!).
Instead, he spent about half an hour getting to know us, understanding how we'd like to live in our house. He then suggested a house that had just come on the market, saying that, "It's kind of quirky, but it might be perfect for you guys." We saw the house the next morning, and two days later we opened escrow.
Barry was terrific throughout the escrow process. He's the kind of negotiator that gets you want you want -- but both sides are happy. Knowledgable, skilled, calm and collected, he really knows his stuff, and truly did a wonderful job getting us into our dream home!
