Barry came prepared to our first meeting with comparable homes and put us at ease right away with his knowledge and expertise. He also impressed us with his ability to market our home on various sites online and that he had the technology to communicate with us via text and a way to sign contracts via online to make things more efficient. He answered all our questions and always got back to us immediately when we texted or called him. He took pictures of the house right away and had them up on the Internet within 24 hours and 15 minutes after they were up we got a call from an agent wanting to see the house. The next day we had another couple of people see the house and one made an offer the very next morning and met our asking price.
