From A-Z, Bart showed the upmost respect for our needs and wants regarding the 1st home my wife and I have purchased together. Absolute integrity & truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfortability throughout the process. Highly recommended Reator.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Ventura, CA.
Bart is knowledgeable and very professional. He truly went out of his way to explain every step we took, which made us feel very comfortable and confident with the whole process of buying our first home. I recommend Bart 100%, he really is the best realtor. I'm very thankful for all your work:)
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $900K in Oxnard, CA.
We have been working with Bart in search of our perfect beach home. He was most helpful in all phases of the real state process and knew exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge of our targeted area and his relentless search of the MLS enabled us to find our dream home. Bart's overall guidance included thorough explanation of the real estate process, excellent follow up and communications, setting realistic expectations, and always had our best interest in mind. In closing, Bart was the consummate professional, and through the process, we gained a good friend.
We had the privilege of working with Bart Dyer on the purchase of our new home. Bart was an exceptional real estate agent. He always reached above and beyond our expectations. He stayed on top of every potential home buying issue; always keeping us well informed. Bart also provided step-by-step instruction and assistance throughout the home buying process.
He is exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. Bart is also up-to-date with regards to the current real estate market and practices. He welcomed all my questions and never responded in an arrogant manner—no matter how dumb the question.
I am extremely impressed with Bart’s reliability, punctuality and communication skills. Every single time I called Bart, he answered (not once did I receive Bart’s voicemail). He responded to all my texts within minutes. Bart was all very flexible with scheduling-- he worked late evenings and weekends, just to accommodate our schedule. I can write a few pages on just how great Bart made our home buying experience, but I will stop here and end with this—I highly recommend Bart as a real estate agent. I look forward to working with Bart again.
Bart was a true professional in the selling of our home. He walked us through every part of the sell and was always available to us if we had questions. We highly recommend Bart and would use him again.
Bart is not your typical real estate agent. He is very easy going and fun to work with, but when the time came to get serious, he was all business. Not one to force you into a home, his goal the whole time was to find something that met my criteria to a tee, but also was a solid financial investment down the road. As a first time buyer, i felt privilaged to have Bart as my agent. No question was a dumb one, i could call him whenever, and he would make time for me. Thanks Bart for making this process a smooth one!
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $600K in Oxnard, CA.
Bart represented me in my house purchase in Oxnard. I have been very disappointed in the whole home buying experience with Bart as my agent. From recommending an escrow company that could not handle the transaction to telling me that I could park my car in front of the house when in fact the CC&Rs specifically prohibit street overnight parking, Bart was not a good choice.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Oxnard, CA.
I would not use this agent again. I felt i was being manipulated into using his firms loan partner Prospect Mortgage, which was 150% higher than my own bank on interest rate. He rused to do specific buyer broker paperwork which is required by law. He refused to negotiate repairs and I have already had $10k in one month.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Ventura, CA.
Bart was very patient and helpful with finding a house that we really liked and was in our price range. We looked at many houses, and nothing was too much trouble for Bart.. We believe he showed us every house in Ventura in our price range and some outside of Ventura, too.
Bart also helped us sell a house and got a fantastic price for the house--much more than we had expected. He really did his homework for comps and the sale was easy on our nerves. The house sold in three days.
Bart helped us buy our first home earlier this year. He went above and beyond to help us get our dream home. He was always available to assist us with any questions we had or problems we needed to get figured out. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate world. We would recommend him to anyone.
