We were first time home buyers and had been searching for homes on our own when we stumbled on Bart's profile on Zillow. We read the reviews and decided to contact him and ask him to show us homes. We closed on our house recently and are very satisfied with the price, seller repairs and Bart's help. We can say that Bart is honest, experienced and trustworthy. He never put pressure on us and really looked out for our interests. He is also quick to respond to e-mails or texts. We already recommended Bart to some friends of ours in their search for a home. When we started shopping for a home we knew to call Bart. We have had many friends recommend him to us. He put us in touch with the right person in order to get our finances together and to truly understand what we could afford. Bart showed us many houses and was always on time, and respectful of our time. He set us up through the internet so that we could see all changes in the market in the location and price point we were interested in. When it came time to negotiate and purchase our home he gave us a voice of experience in his advice. The process was quick and painless. We will use Bart in the future if our needs change.
