Bart was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He found us just the right house and was close at hand throughout the entire process. Can't go wrong if you choose Bart!

This is my second opportunity to work with Bart on buying a home. I feel he is very honest and upfront and I appreciate this. I felt very comfortable working with him and I placed a lot of trust in him. He was always very prompt in returing our phone calls, texts, etc.

We found Bart on Zillow and contacted him based on the positive comments made by his past clients. Our first meeting with Bart lasted close to 2 hours as he happily answered all of the questions we had for him. During that meeting, he did a great job of explaining, in detail, the entire home buying process. This was invaluable to us as first time home buyers. Bart also helped connect us with other professionals in his network (in particular, a lender), who we were very pleased with. One concern we had early on was the quantity of clients Bart works with at any given time (both sellers and buyers), but this did not once have an effect on our experience. Based on his responsiveness, it seemed to us as though we were his only clients.

We can personally attest to Bart's professionalism as a realtor. He was a great resource for us as we looked at homes in a variety of neighborhoods. He was also honest and frank with us when it came to certain homes and neighborhoods. The home we ultimately purchased was a direct result of Bart opening our eyes to the benefits of newer construction homes. Although we first saw our home during an open house, we would have never wandered into that open house had it not been for his encouragement to consider homes which did not fit our "model" (which was essentially based on minimizing our price per square foot).

We would recommend Bart to any home buyer or seller, particularly if you are a first time home buyer. We plan to be in our home for quite some time, but if Bart is still in the area and in the real estate business when it comes time for us to sell, we will certainly contact him to represent us on the other side of the transaction.

We have bought and sold seven homes and this was one of our best experiences with a realtor. We chose Bart after reading his reviews on Zillow, viewing his website, and then talking with him about our situation. His good reviews turned out to be well deserved. Bart is honest and direct when helping his clients with pricing their property, balancing their timing to sell versus price desired. He gave us an excellent review of comparable sales in record time. We had spent over a year preparing our older home for sale. We then priced aggressively to move our property quickly during the summer. Despite a buyer's market we had two worthy offers to choose between in the first week (I think this perhaps was a record even for Bart). Bart is very responsive and does what he says he is going to very promptly. It felt like we were his only clients (though I know that was not true). He has a positive attitude and (appropriate) sense of humor that helped when things got stressful at times. I especially appreciated his patience and his experienced advice during negotiations over the repairs desired by the buyers. I have no reservations in recommending him. (Bart, you are the Man! Hope you can visit us when you are in wine country.)
