who pays for a plat of survay


In Oklahoma it is normally the Buyers expense but is also negotiable.  I currently have 170 acres listed where the seller is willing to split the land. A  buyer wants 90 acres of the 170 acres. In negotiating a higher price the seller has offered to pay for the survey because it is just as important to the seller to have the remaining property surveyed at the same time.
