Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Santa Monica, CA.Summary:
Hady and Hassana recently sold my condo in Santa Monica. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my needs and got me a great price which I was very pleased with. In addition, while it was listed, I had a tenant in the unit so we had to work around the tenant's tight schedule for showings. They were able to work within those narrow confines and also accommodate each prospective buyer's schedules so that all parties were satisfied. Job well done!
