Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
Tony guided me through the process of selling my condo and he also helped me come up with a fair asking price. The day I asked him for his advice, he came over right away and showed me several comparable units in my complex. He then sent me info on other comparable units over the next several days giving me his advice on the complex and how different units are valued. Helped me rent a home.Summary:
If you need a Realtor in the South Bay, Tony is your man! My wife and I were expecting our second child and needed more space. We sold our home and were all set to move into a new one. Two days prior to the scheduled move the deal for our new home fell apart and we literally had no where to go; escrow was closing on our house in three days and our baby was due in a week. I contacted Tony (on a Friday night no less!) and he got back to me right away. Tony listened to our situation and sprang into action. Within an hour I had a list of viable properties to review. His intimate knowledge of the market saved us! By Sunday he had helped us negotiate a great deal for a spectacular ocean view home. Tony turned a potential disaster into a great experience.
