Dean was extremely helpful throughout the homebuying process. While he was traveling on the weekend that we had scheduled our house hunting trip, he had one of his associates show us around. Throughout the process, he kept in contact and helped out quite a bit by giving us multiple local contacts for mortgage applications allowing us to find one that would work with our circumstances. In addition, he was able to negotiate an excellent rate for renting the house prior to close so we wouldn't have to move twice.

Whether it was mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors or repairmen, Dean's recommendations were always excellent. In addition, the use of DocuSign for signing our contracts made things much more convenient, especially when we were on vacation without reliable access to a printer/scanner. Finally, even after closing, he's been helpful with issues that have come up!

Dean's knowledge of the area was outstanding. He set up viewings of condos I wanted to see and then recommended we look at some I hadn't considered. In the end, I purchased one that he recommended because it was far nicer than any I originally considered.

Dean went above and beyond in stepping me through the process and was of great assistance in the purchase. Any questions I had were quickly answered, which was made possible by him being on a first name basis with many of the lenders, insurance agents, and rental agency representatives.

Before I started house hunting in Destin for 2nd home, I know nothing about this area except beautiful beach and emerald green water. After searching Zillow for weeks with no results, I decided to reach out to a professional. The rating and review for Dean on Zillow brought him to my attention. But it cannot compete w/ my actual experience working with him. His knowledge on local real estate and mortgage process is very impressive. With his help, I was able to find a condo that meets my need with only one weekend trip to Destin. He helped me to pre-select houses/condos prior to my trip. He’s done marketing research and advised me on the price and location. The whole purchasing/financing process went very smoothly. I heavily relied on him when negotiating the best price and checking on the repairs prior to closing. He has been my “go-to” person to get referral on mortgage lender, insurance agent, etc. He’s attentive and professional. After closing, I again used his referral on rental management company and other business to setup rental property.

Wow! Where do I begin to speak of Dean Ladick? I chose him while in South Florida looking for a realtor pending our upcoming move to NW Florida. I did the standard research, reading all of the reviews and recommendations. I settled on Dean because of what others had said about him and also, that were close in age and we had both lived in the Atlanta area at a similar time in our distant past. While my wife and I were still living in Ft Lauderdale, we started the internet search for a home and tried to give Dean an Idea of what we might be looking for. We had no idea if we wanted to live on the Gulf or the bay. Did anyone tell me that the bay is over 50 miles long? My job led me to Pensicola but I wanted to live in the Destin area (or even east of Destin). This was a delimma but we were persistent. My first trip out was a general over view of the area and I learned the diversity of what this charming area has to offer. I did gain something very important that day as I learned that we needed to live on the bay but it was so far away from my prospective job in Pensicola. Dean kept saying, “you should meet my professional (my profession)”. One day, I just said, “call him up”. We went over and we met. Two weeks later, my original job was in the wind and I had contracted to work with Deans professional. Score one for Dean (not only did he help me find a house but a job as well). We were now comfortable looking on the bay. It came time to find a mortgage as we were getting very close to a great bay house and I “again” used Dean’s referral and achieved a mortgage in a very professional manner. I got a rate of 3 7/8 %. Score another one for Dean. We are in our home now (it’s not a house anymore). My son lives in the apartment above the garage and commutes to college. I have a great new friend named Dean and my wife and I will sit on the dock when the weather is satisfactory (you see, we’ve only been here since november). When the spring comes, the boat goes in the water and the jetskis come out and water life really begins. Dean got us exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have painted a better picture of what we now have. Dean is a great guy and will work hard for you. He is knowledgable about all of the laws and regulations of brokeraging and mortgages as well as having a great eye for a great value in a house. I would recommend Dean to my brother or my brother in law. Yes, I like them both. Don’t hesitate to call Dean and speak with him. I am certain that he can assist in all of your housing needs.
