Smaller older towns are reviving - are they in your state or region?

Linda, I completely agree, I am seeing some of the old towns in Southern Rhode Island being rehabilitated into really cute places after so many years of neglect.  I love seeing these towns put forth effort into recreating the small town comfort from years gone by!

Good Morning DarleneTo obtain a value for your home try and find an agent that specializes in the area the home is in.  It is SO very important that your agent is very familiar with the area as that can seal the deal when selling a home.  If the agent cannot sell the neighborhoood and speak knowledgably about the area, than in my opinion the agent shouldn't be selling your home!  I know there are some really great agents in NK, I am sure you will find the perfect one!Have an awesome weekend!Erin Diaz, Broker - OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty

can i be qualifying for a mortgage if i have two good jobs even though my credit is not that great?

Good Morning!The best way to establish qualification is simply to speak with a mortgage broker!  There are so many different programs out there, you may qualify with not so "great" credit.  I woudl strongly suggest speaking with a mortgage broker because if you cannot buy now, they can at least advise you what to do to prepare to buy soon!Have a fabulous weekend!Erin Diaz, Broker - OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty

we are retired can we still get a mtg?

HOW DO I REMOVE MY HOME FROM ZILLOW SINCE YOUR VALUES ARE VERY FAR FROM THREE RECENT EVALUATIONS

Morning DSTEELERS,Unfortunately you cannot remove your home from Zillow as it is simply a compilation of public data.  Something you can do is claim your home under the edit tab of your home's zestimate page.  Here you can edit facts about your home, as well as add additional facts about your home.  This may help with the zestimate.  Also you must remember that the zestimate is simply public information that goes through a formula getting a "value" of your home.  Zillow's program cannot differentiate the location of your home to other homes in Tiverton that may be in a completely opposite area / neighborhood which can effect the value when an agent does a CMA or an appraiser completes an appraisal.  I hope this helps explain the essential "lack of value" a zestimate can hold!Have a fabulous day!Erin Diaz, Broker - OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty

Morning JohnI am confused on what you are asking?  Are you looking to get "jobs" out of Zillow?  Are you looking for advertising avenues through Zillow? My suggestion not knowing what exactly you are looking to do woudl be to make sure you create a profile, and fill EVERYTHING out in the profile!  This will add you to their database of service providers!  Hope this helps!Erin Diaz, Broker - OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
