That is a very hard situation. My recommendation woudl be to get buyer representation. I assume you are working directly with the selling agent. At least you will have protection!!!Best of luck to you!Erin Diaz, Broker / OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
Good question, I iwll surely be watching for a Zillow rep to answer this one!
Searching right here on Zillow and being able to browse through profiles of local agents could be a great place to start! Best of Luck!Erin Diaz, Broker ~ OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
Fantastically thorough answer Josh!
The zestimates are a compilation of public records. The sales of comparable homes effects your zestimate as does the current homes on the market. With this public information the zestimate is formed and giving you an idea of your homes value. Please do not mistake this as an appraisal or a CMA, this is an estimated value that does not take into consideration neighborhoods, amenities, etc. A true value can be obtained by having a local realtor do a free CMA for you! Be sure they are familiar with the area! Good luck!
I am not sure you can remove a zestimate as it is essentially a compilation of public record. Feel free to contact customer service and perhaps they can assist you better! Good luck!!!

My best suggestion to you would be to get a few referrals of mortgage brokers. Whether the referrals are from an agent that has done business with one or a friend or family member that had a good experience! I'm completely familiar with how the loan requests work on here, but I know there are some really great mortgage brokers out there that are honest and educated people that do their job with pride and do it well! Sorry I couldn't be more help!Erin Diaz, Broker ~ OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
Definitely could be a simple clerical error but also could be a larger issue that was incorrectly recorded at the town hall. So I definitely would check the town records and then from there you should be able to claim your home and make any necessary adjustments!Erin DIaz, Broker ~ OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
Zillow pulls comparable sales and Zillow has your home listed as a multi family where Victory STreet is a single family, so they are NOT comparable in that sense. Lot size is similar, square footage is off a bit, both being 4 beds and 2 baths is on... So being that one is a single family and the other a multi family they wouldn't be comparable in the sense of an appraisal or a CMA. I hope this helps! Just as an FYI, there are a lot of really great agents in your area (me included!) that would be happy to provide you with a free CMA to establish the value of your home if you wish!Erin Diaz, Broker~OwnerBeaches & Backroads Realty
