Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in West Kingston, RI.
We contacted Erin a few months back in regards to being our Buyers Agent. This was an excellent choice. After discussing with Erin our wants and needs, she showed us quite a few houses, always working around our crazy schedule. Most of the showings were last minute or with little notice. We knew of Erin from the community, but had never met her. Working with her was like working with one of my friends, she knew the area very well. She is not just a "Yes Man"(or woman), she has opinions which we highly regarded. Erin is a master at her trade and we highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will NOT be dissatisfied!!

Erin was brilliant in selling my mother’s house. She listened to our wishes and generated a market value for the home and gave us a realistic goal to reach. Erin is energetic, honest and she thinks outside the box to make everyone satisfied. I would definitely have Erin find a home or sell a home for us anytime. Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Charlestown, RI.
My husband and I had the wonderfully opportunity to buy my childhood home...with this opportunity before us we needed to sell our current home. I contacted Erin and from there we off and running. While our home was for sale we were very busy with a major renovation project on my childhood home, it consumed just about every minute of our time. Having Erin in our corner de-stressed the whole process for us. She handled the house we were selling leaving us one less thing to worry about. She was always available anytime we had questions or concerns, and she never let us settle for an offer that wasn't fair or reasonable...she really does live by her motto...Old Fashion Customer Service...that was top notch!

Erin got in touch with us a soon as we made in inquiry about our home. It took us awhile to get up to Rhode Island, but as soon as we were ready so was Erin. Now we are so happy to be in our perfect home starting a new life. If you are ever looking for a home in Southern Rhode Island you can't ask for a better agent than Erin!

Bought a home in 2012.
Erin helped me find and buy my perfect little cottage. Erin is very knowledgeable about the area and showed me homes in two different towns. She made looking at houses fun, even on a cold, rainy spring day.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in South Kingstown, RI.
I recently purchased a home in the South Kingstown area and I am so happy that Erin Diaz was referred to me as she made the whole process fun and easy! We quickly became comfortable with Erin and her team of professionals.
Looking at properties with Erin was like shopping with your best friend. She gives you her frank opinion on the property, price and condition of the listing. Erin also listens to what you are asking for and helps guide you to homes that might be of interest.
To me, this was the perfect balance and was exactly what I needed and was looking for in a real estate professional. I have used other relators in the area that tried to get me to make an offer on every piece of property which made it difficult to trust that they were looking out for my best interest. Erin is just the opposite in that she points out potential issues and/or benefits before you even get in the car.
When it came to making an offer, I felt that Erin was part of my team of trusted advisors. I feel comfortable in saying that had another realtor been involved in the negotiations instead of Erin, the deal likely would have never been completed.
I have a real estate license in another state so I have some experience in the market but I know Erin would be equally strong for a buyer or seller who is not as experienced. I would recommend Erin to my friends and family and feel that she will act in the best interest of all of her clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in North Kingstown, RI.
We walked into Beaches and Backroads Realty in the summer of 2011 and was immediately put at ease by Erin. We had been out of the real estate market for over 25 years and wanted to purchase a second home in Rhode Island. Erin worked closely with us, listened carefully to our wants and needs and found the perfect home for us in North Kingstown.
Her knowledge and understanding of the market, the mortgage application process, and the myriad of ups and downs associated with buying real estate was invaluable and her persistence paid off for us as we closed on our home in November 2011.
We would highly recommend Erin Diaz for her professionalism and knowledge to anyone who wants to purchase a home in Rhode Island.
