We were looking at a lot in South Fork when Beau Meyer drove by and stopped to ask us if we were looking to find property in South Fork and could he show us some other property. We immediately found him to be very friendly, very interested in helping us, and no pressure. He spent a day and half with us while we were in South Fork on vacation, showing us land, available lots, and also homes/cabins for sale. He then spent time showing us homes his father, who is a builder, had built to give us ideas for our cabin. We were very interested in buying 2-3 acres of land for our future vacation home, and after spending time with Beau, we purchased a 3-acre lot and plan to start building our home within the next several years. We plan to have Beau's father build our home and highly recommend Beau Meyer Realty should you want to find a great place in Colorado to build your vacation home or permanent residence.

Bought a home in 2010.

We found Beau to be knowledgable and only showed us the type homes we were interested in viewing. We found him easy to work with and responsive to the things we were interested in finding in a home. After purchasing a home through Beau he was able to provide us with contacts for all the services we needed to get into our home.
