Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Jasper, GA.Summary:
We had our house on the market for about 8 months with another agent. We had very few results, with only a half dozen showings during that time. Someone recommended Becky to us saying: "If you want to sale your house, call Becky Babcock." We called Becky and set up a time for a meeting. Immediately, we found that Becky knew her business and had done her homework. She gave us the straight facts on what it would take to sale our home. At the time, only an average of three house were selling in our county. She brought comps to us that proved that houses with the same acreage and size were selling well below our original listed price. Facts are hard to dispute. We followed her advice and now, approximately 4 months later, our house has been sold. We are so very impressed with Becky and her team, especially Debbie Smith. Thank you both so much for your help! Becky helped me get a great deal buying my first home - a foreclosure in a great neighborhood North Cobb. I have a house payment for less than I could rent an apartment! Having someone with Becky's experience on my side helped me get a better deal and avoid costly mistakes. Becky was a great negotiator and excellent communicator.
