Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Canton, GA.

Becky told us what we needed to do to get our house ready for sale. She had lots of potential buyers look at the house the first couple of days it was on the market. We had two offers for over the list price in two days. She did a s fantastic job of negotiating with the buyers agent.

Matt did a great job of finding a ranch style house that was right for us. We looked at a lot of different houses and never felt that Matt was trying to sell us anything. He is very knowledgeable.

There was always a team member available to help us when we needed help. There is a reason why the team at post & Path sells so much real estate.....THEY ARE GREAT!

I highly recommend the team at Path & Post!

Sold a home in 2013.

We had our house on the market for about 8 months with another agent. We had very few results, with only a half dozen showings during that time. and 2 failed contracts. Feeling like we had a very unusual, unsellable home we called Becky and set up a time for a meeting. Immediately, we found that Becky knew her business and had did her homework on our home and area. She gave us facts and encouragement that her team could sell our home. We signed Becky on and true to their word, her team, Adrienne Freeman had our home under contract within 3 weeks! very impressive, we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Cherokee Co., they know their business!  More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Acworth, GA.

We were referred to Becky by Dave Ramsey's ELP program. Upon meeting her for the first time, she made us feel very comfortable with how she would handle the listing, buyers, and helping us look for a house. She made us feel like we could be completely honest and would respect our house during the selling process.

And, Becky definitely knows how to market properties. We wanted to price our house at an odd, old fashioned retail price (ending in 999). She advised us against that because we would miss all of the buyers who searched in even numbers. She was right. She had our house sold at full asking price in less than 12 hours.

Becky's listing agent (Adrienne Freeman) and buying agent (Lisa Millsap) were great too. They paid special attention to us and answered all of our questions immediately, even in the middle of the night.

Finally, DocuSign is the best invention of all time. We made an offer on the house we purchased through Becky while on vacation in Florida. Without DocuSign, we would have had to cancel our trip or miss out on the perfect house.

Everything was fantastic.
