Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Suffolk, VA.
Becky did an excellent job as a realtor in the sale of our first home. We had multiple offers and a contract the first week it went on the market. She recommended a presale appraisal so we could price it right in this shaky real-estate market, and it proved to be a valuable advise that allowed us to get a full price offer. I would highly recommend Becky as a realtor. She has a great personality for the business of selling homes!

Sold a home in 2010.
