Becky is an outstanding agent. She has sold two properties for me (Hartford and Wethersfield 2010) as well as handling the purchase of another in Hartford in 2009.She is the hardest working agent - never shows any signs of the frustrations that might come with the daily negotiations that go with the art of making a deal happen.

Found a tenant for a home.
Becky has repeatedly been successful in helping us find responsible tenants for our condo in Hartford. She is very experienced with the local prices and trends for rental/sale. She worked hard at open houses and in following up with clients. She is very sincere and professional in her work and always kept our spirits up. She is also a well wisher and advised us appropriately regarding selection of tenants. She went the extra mile in helping us with making security arrangements for the condo. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Becky Koladis has always been attentive to my particular interests and likes in a home, flexible and willing to work with my schedule and knowledgeable about the areas she shows to me. She is also knowledgeable about a number of aspects of dealing with regular sales as well as offering helpful advice about short sales. Additionally she is also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Becky is an agent that really goes the extra mile. In selling my home in 2010 she had many open houses and I know from other people they have said our agent hasn't done one. She truly works hard for you and would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Sold a home in 2011.
I met Becky Koladis in April, 2008, unexpectedly, a short time after my house sold in Hartford. Even though she was not the agent I signed with, I found out through the realty company that she was the one who showed my house more times than any other agent. After speaking with her for a few minutes, I asked her to help me find a rental until I decided what I wanted. I rented for two years in a great place thanks to her. As soon as I realized I wanted a small house, I called her and the hunt began. I recently closed on a condo (February, 2011)
Becky was my agent basically since I met her and during this period of time, she never stopped looking and checking with me on various sales. There are no words really that describes what it feels like to have someone of her caliber looking out for your best interests.
If you want a real estate agent who is superior to others, who knows the marketplace and the changes in it, who returns phone calls promptly, who is diplomatic, who remembers what you are looking for, and who just happens to be a great negotiator; then, BECKY KOLADIS should be your first choice. Should I move again and again? I will contact her......you should too.

She immediately responded to all calls and e-mails and even assisted us in putting in an offer at 1 a.m. She is also patient, showing us several homes without delay and watching our children while we looked around properties.
West Hartford is an aggressive market. We placed offers on several houses, but eventually landed in a perfect house at the perfect price. In buying a house here, you need an aggressive, experienced agent, you need Becky Koladis.
