I found Becky Morris through her website, which is excellent! I initially found the house and when I realized that it was a short-sale, pre-foreclosure home my husband and I knew we needed some expert guidance. She was very, very helpful throughout the whole process. She has a great network and put us in touch with many service providers-floor guy, radon guy, home inspector,surveyor, etc. Even after we closed, she contacted us to make sure we applied for the homestead exemption.
