Bought a home in 2013.
Becky is very knowledgeable and current with the activity in the Atlanta market. This was extremely helpful in our home search which required quick action and assessment of properties in a very hot neighborhood. Additionally, her ability to negotiation with other agents, bring us properties not yet on the market and refer a great lender all made the process smooth and resulted in us getting a home we love.

I found Becky Morris through her website, which is excellent! I initially found the house and when I realized that it was a short-sale, pre-foreclosure home my husband and I knew we needed some expert guidance. She was very, very helpful throughout the whole process. She has a great network and put us in touch with many service providers-floor guy, radon guy, home inspector,surveyor, etc. Even after we closed, she contacted us to make sure we applied for the homestead exemption. All in all, we were very pleased with her services. She can be a bit pushy, but that's exactly what you need when you are in negotiations!

I found Becky online when I was looking for an agent to help me purchase my first home. I had done a lot of homework already on location and what I wanted to buy, but wanted some handholding through all the other steps. Becky was great. Not only did she help me understand all kinds of things about purchasing a condo and a foreclosure that I would not have found online (and I am a major researcher!) but she even responded to my many emails while on vacation. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, closing went very fast and smooth, and every vendor she positively recommended (Mortgage broker, HVAC and appliance repair, etc) was equally fantastic!

Becky first helped us when we moved to Atlanta from California and were looking for a home to rent in the Brookhaven/Chamblee area. Becky is a fantastic real estate professional. My husband and I spent countless hours with her until we found our perfect home. Becky has many years of experience with real estate in the Atlanta market and has a wealth of knowledge.
