Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Atlanta, GA.
Becky was a pleasure to work with. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I and understand what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with our new home and it was all due to Becky's diligence and commitment to our best interest.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $750K in Marietta, GA.
Moving from out of state we relied on Becky's expertise to help our family find a home that would truly fit our needs. She is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us all the information and feedback we needed throughout the whole buying process. Her website is wonderful, and worked especially good for us since we were not familiar with the Atlanta area. Another bonus, when you call Becky picks up the phone, not an office secretary or answering service.

We have continued to work with Becky even after our home purchase. She has helped us find reliable local services and contractors, which has been so helpful. We will definitely continue to work with Becky for all our future real estate needs and highly recommend her.

Thank you Becky!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 in Atlanta, GA.
Becky was a pleasure to work with. One of the most important traits I look for when I'm working with someone is responsiveness and Becky was definitely great in that area. She always responded to calls and emails very quickly, was very accomodating in scheduling times to see different homes and was very knowledgeable and insightful about the different homes we saw, always pointing out the good and the bad. I'm very detail-oriented which can sometimes be a pain for people working with me, but Becky always made sure she provided me with everything I needed in order to make a decision. I would definitely recommend Becky to anyone in the market for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Wildwood, Atlanta, GA.
Becky is a great real estate agent and knows the Atlanta market very well. We weren't the easiest couple to work with - we changed our minds several times on the area of town we wanted to live in and had a list of must have's that were hard to meet for our budget (backyard, garage, 4+ bedrooms, workshop space, good school district). In the end, Becky patiently showed us a number of houses and helped us land the "perfect" home in a highly sought after neighborhood.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Alpharetta, GA.
Becky is extremely knowledgeable and was unbelievably helpful during the entire buying process. She went out of her way to make it as easy and hassle free as possible. We've heard negative stories before about other buyers and the difficulty they had with all of the paperwork and time spent negotiating but that wasn't the case at all with Becky. Her professionalism and responsiveness actually saved us time and money. We are very thankful that Becky was our agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Sold a home in 2014.
My husband and I highly recommend Becky Morris. She is a consummate professional with deep expertise, wonderful client service, and much fun too! She sold our house the first day it was available and over list price! She takes the time to get to know your style, preferences, and needs and provides excellent guidance and customized searches. She truly has her clients best interests at heart - through the search for a new home, the sale of our existing home, the financing, the negotiations, the services you may need as you sell and buy, and all the way through closing. She has the best marketing and website approach too - bar none. It was her website and neighborhood expertise that first brought us to Becky. Between my husband and myself, we have dealt with many realtors over the years and she is the best!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Margaret Mitchell, Atlanta, GA.
We have moved multiple times in three different states and worked with a variety of realtors on both the buy and sell side and Becky is unquestionably one of, if not the best realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.05M in Marietta, GA.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. While Becky first appears to be working in your best interest it is all about Becky. She will provide the pictures and staging which was nice, but that is all she did for service. Once she has your listing, she disappears. Yes, she markets her feedback email with several questions to real estate agents that see your home, but she never picks up the phone to actually get detailed information. Basically, her email questions are nothing more than an automatic marketing request that provides very little value. If your home does not sell in the time frame or percentage to listing marketing information it will be YOUR fault. Nothing is ever Becky's fault and she will not show back up until there is an offer that she sells you to accept. There is no value added by Becky and I considered firing her prior to the end of our contract multiple times. If you consider Becky you should consider a short contract period (3 months or less) and tie your listing sale price to actual selling price to her commission. When she refuses to accept a reduced commission to percent of your asking price you know you do not have an agent that is willing to support you. If you choose Becky, do not say I did not warn you. Maybe Becky is better is for low end homes, but if you are $750,000 or higher, I would suggest looking for someone else.

Becky was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I just moved back to Atlanta after spending 2 years in Dallas. Within 2 days we were able to buy the place (had multiple offers, but we were able to win out) and sell our place (within the first few hours of listing it with Becky). She demonstrates a great sense of urgency, very responsive, and organized throughout the entire process. We were able to enter into a contract of buying our new home, a contract to sell our loft, and close on both properties within weeks. Becky kept us very informed on all steps throughout. We have owned places in many other cities across the country and have worked with many agents, but I would put Becky at the top of the list. We felt very comfortable and in control during the entire process.
