The Morgan team delivered! We couldn't have imagined a better experience, from the beginning to the end, when buying our first home. How lucky to have double the care and support, double the knowledge and experience, double the smiles! It's obvious how comfortable Drew and Christine are with real estate on the Peninsula, and we felt like we were in the best of hands all along the way, however stressful the process. We searched almost every weekend for homes, and were extremely lucky (or just very well supported) when we found our amazing home after only 3-4 months. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.0M in Redwood City, CA.
The house we were selling was in Redwood City and we live in the Sacramento area. We preferred not to have to do a lot of traveling.

Drew and Christine made it so easy for us. They did a wonderful job of marketing the house and all the recommendations they made to us turned out to be very accurate. They were always quick to return calls and were very responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Belmont, CA.
Drew and Christine helped us buy our first home, in Belmont. We love our house, and the Morgans were absolutely wonderful to work with. We interviewed several realtors before deciding to work with them.

Drew and Christine are very knowledgeable about homes on the peninsula -- common issues, neighborhoods, etc. Drew was great with offering ballpark figures for upgrades and repairs as we toured houses, which helped us understand the true costs of different houses. He also helped us review disclosures and provided insight into which issues were important.

From the beginning they were very attentive to our priorities and interests, getting a sense of what we were looking for. As others have mentioned, we got immediate alerts whenever houses came on the market in our price and size range. We were able to indicate whether we wanted to see the house, but Drew was also great about letting us know whether he thought we would or wouldn’t like certain properties, which saved us time.

All of their attentiveness paid off for us, because Drew called us the very same day the house we ended up buying came on the market. After months of house-hunting, we knew within minutes that this was the house for us. And thank goodness for Drew - he showed us the house, wrote up our offer, and submitted it to the seller before anyone else had even seen the place. Once we found the house, they really fought to make sure we got it, and at an amazing price! Both Drew and Christine worked magic to make it happen.

For me, the stress started once we were in contract on the house. I had a long list of questions and worried about every deadline through the process. They were endlessly patient, understanding, and helpful. We had a short contract period, but Drew worked his connections to make sure we could get all of our inspections done on short notice. We felt so well cared for.

Drew and Christine are great people to work with. My husband and I have already recommended them to friends who are looking for homes on the Peninsula. Good luck with your own house hunt!

Drew and Christine are amazing to work with. From day one, I could tell that they know what they are doing. They know their market, understand their clients needs, pay attention to detail, are amazingly responsive and very proactive, and they are incredibly patient. We used Drew and Christine to sell our house in Belmont. Drew was confident and during our first meeting it was obvious that he had a proven system down. Drew can explain exactly why he believes it should be done a certain way with the numbers to back it up. As a seller I could tell he continuously perfects his process to provide his customers with only the best possible outcome. He draws from the many years of experience in the business to deliver perfectly. From when and how to give out the house disclosures to allow him to personally reach out to each realtor who may have a potential buyer. Drew had completely integrated new technologies available into his real estate business to give our house the maximum exposure. On the first open house 80 parties came through to see the house and after 10 days we reviewed 9 offers all over asking price. The closing process was smooth and this is where Christine makes it look effortless. Together, truly the dream team.

Sold a home in 2011.
90% of my interaction was with Drew. Christine operated mostly behind the scene and kept the process running. Drew brought in an experience group of people, operating in the areas that you would expect, to get the house ready for sale: pest and property inspectors, handyman, cleaner and stager. Additionally he had excellent relationships with people in the larger project categories of painter, landscaper, carpeter and roofer and we used all of their services to prepare the house. Drew made this preparation phase of selling the house a much better experience for me than a sale about 8 years prior, with another agent. I was also impressed by his strategy, thoroughness and responsiveness during the listing process, sale and folowup.

We'd been working with another agent in the beginning and felt like we were doing all the work. As soon as we started working with Drew and Christine, our search became so much more focused and easy (on us.) They were incredibly good at narrowing down what we were looking for and never pushed us. In fact, we saw a few houses that we could've settled for and Drew talked us out of settling which -- was so refreshing to find in a real estate agent. We highly recommend this team. I had the opportunity to work with Drew and Christine on a recent transaction. I am a mortgage broker, and we were representing the same client. I was very impressed with the way Drew kept in touch with me. Many realtors don't think it's their job to stay on top of the loan process, but Drew made it very clear what his expectations were and very politely checked in to make sure they were being met. The result was that out clients had a team working for them rather than individuals, which is always better for them.

Drew and Christine Morgan are the best real estate agents that we have used - and we had the experience of using four real estate agents previously. Buying in the Bay Area is a stressful process but they provided us with personalized attention - answering calls within hours and providing us with detailed analysis on houses we were interested in.

We always knew that they were passionate about helping us make good real estate decisions - even if it meant not buying a home immediately (which is what happened with us). They spent two years with us to figure out our specific needs and we eventually did not purchase a house through them as we decided to move out of the bay area. When we told them of our decision, instead of being mad about our having wasted so much of their time, they were extremely supportive, understanding and gracious about our decision.

Some specifics that my wife and I feel made Drew and Christine stand out as exceptional real estate agents:

· They would go look at the house BEFORE we would look at it. In this way we did not waste our time in looking at properties that did not meet our criteria. No other real estate agent that we used previously did this for us.

· They were not pushy and we truly felt like they had our best interests at heart.

· Trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable of the Bay Area. We knew we could trust their judgment both in advising us on making the right decision and we knew we could trust them professionally because of their expertise: This was important to us because we were not sure, initially if San Bruno, South San Francisco, Daly City, San Mateo or Redwood City was the best option. Because they were knowledgeable of our needs they were able to pinpoint very specific areas that matched our needs.

· We were extremely specific about our needs and had a limited price range, so there was not too much that matched our criteria. If they found a house that they thought met our specifications, they would inform us about it within a few hours and were willing to take us out as soon as we were ready to go out. If they showed us a house, we knew it would be a house that met all our listed criteria.
