The entire re-financing process went smoothly, details were explained in advance; his office staff were helpful both times I dropped off needed paperwork. phone calls were responsded quickly and helpfully.

I've been through 3 purchases and 2 refinances prior to Ben, and I'll never seek advise from another mortgage officer again. Ben is very organized, and always responds to questions or concerns. As a result he gets your loan closed in a timely manner, and puts the client's best interest ahead of his paycheck. He won't write a loan to meet quota's, he'll write a loan if it is a true benefit to the applicant. Again, thank you Ben for working with me and my brother on this refi.

Ben made it easy to buy a new house and did it in less than 22 days with an FHA loan! We went back to Ben 2 years later to perform a REFI and he again was fast and made it easy as the banks would allow him to do! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
