Ben - Is very proactive with his practice in real estate. I am a resident of another state and was looking to purchase in MN. Ben worked extensively over the phone and through e mail. He is responsive, informed and he is hard working. The thing that is imnpressive is that he will tell you what you might not want to hear but at least he is helping you make a very informed decision. He understands, properties, the value of the location and what one could usually expect if they purchase in the neighborhood. Really does his homework, well organized and has his business together. He won't waste your time and understands what you are seeking and trys to bring those ideas together. He is outstanding.…More Less

05/16/2012 - user046402Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Cooper, Minneapolis, MN.
Ben came recommended to my wife and I as we set out to purchase our first home in Minneapolis after moving back from Los Angeles. He is the realtor for one of our mutual friends who owns a few properties here in the Twin Cities. As new home buyers we needed someone who could help us navigate the process and we found Ben to be very knowledgeable about the city and of houses in general. We learned more about what to look for when buying a home from our first meeting with Ben. As home buyers, Ben was always our advocate and would go to bat for us with each home we were seriously considering. He returned our calls and emails quickly, was very patient with us, and ultimately helped us close on our wonderful home. I would recommend Ben to anyone and look forward to working with him again.…More Less
