Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Royersford, PA.Summary:
We began searching for a home in early June 2011. The Besa's were a referral from a co-worker. We talked to them and expressed our interest in the ideal hoime, location and some real specific likes & dislikes. They quickly began sending us e-mails since they knew what hectice lives we all have between work & family. We reviewed numerous links via the internet and it was like they truly understood "us" and what we were looking for. We then set up 6 or 8 appts to to see the homes we really liked and by the end June, were found that perfect home. We settled and moved in August 2011.
