We began searching for a home in early June 2011. The Besa's were a referral from a co-worker. We talked to them and expressed our interest in the ideal hoime, location and some real specific likes & dislikes. They quickly began sending us e-mails since they knew what hectice lives we all have between work & family. We reviewed numerous links via the internet and it was like they truly understood "us" and what we were looking for. We then set up 6 or 8 appts to to see the homes we really liked and by the end June, were found that perfect home. We settled and moved in August 2011. Bought a Single Family home in 1999 for approximately $225k in Broomall, PA.Summary:
I met Kathy Besa at an open house in 1996. My husband and I decided to put our house on the market the following year and started to search for areas that we would purchase a new home. In the meantime I called Kathy. I had saved her information because I immediately felt a warmth from her when I met her a year earlier. I was right. She sent her husband Larry out to our home in Upper Darby to list it for sale. Even thought they did not cover that area they took the time to meet with us and introduced us to a colleague that did. This impressed us so that when we did sell our home we called them to find us a home. They spent countless hours taking us on open houses and appoinments to find the perfect fit. Nothing was ever too much and our daughter (4 at the time) took a shine to them as well. We wound up falling in love with a home that happened to be around the corner from their home. I have had the pleasure of working with Larry and Kathy Besa as both a buyer and seller, having sold two of my homes and helped me find and purchase a home. They are extremely professional, proactive, responsive and highly trustworthy. They know the market inside and out. I was extremely pleased with the manner in which my homes were listed, presented and shown to prospective buyers. Every transaction, they guided me through the entire process. They handled everything on the recent purchase of my new home from loan prequalification to searching for homes through closing, which was a great relief since I was moving back from the West coast to the East coast and I depended on them to take care of all details. They worked tirelessly through some very difficult negotiations to ensure that settlement went smoothly and on time.
